‍Hello, I’m Pablo Machioli, founder of Picaflor Studios. Originally from Uruguay, I made Baltimore my home in 2003, driven by a mission to create art that resonates deeply with people and places. "Picaflor"—meaning "hummingbird" in Spanish—symbolizes my journey, an endless pursuit of beauty and connection, which I bring to life through murals.Since 2012, I’ve painted over 100 murals across the U.S. and internationally. Each mural is more than an image; it’s a story, a connection, and a piece of the community, designed to bring people together.

I created Picaflor Studios as a way to expand beyond murals, exploring new media and technology while staying true to my mission of connecting people through art.
